The Penn State Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited articles for publication in a future edition.

Authors are encouraged to use gender-neutral language. In addition, citations should substantially conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (a copyright of The Columbia Law Review Association, The Harvard Law Review Association, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and The Yale Law Journal).

Submissions from current students, with the exception of the Law Review’s comment-writing process for associate editors, will not be accepted.

Submissions to the Penn State Law Review may be sent either electronically via ExpressO, via Scholastica, or via e-mail to the Editor in Chief, or may be sent in hard copy via postal mail. ExpressO-based submissions are preferred, but equal consideration will be given to all submissions.
