The Penn State Law Review will host a webinar of its symposium entitled “The Deal Lawyers’ Guide to Public and Private Company Acquisitions” on November 18, 2011. The webinar will feature two sessions. Both sessions will be followed with live Q&A with Professor Sam Thompson, Director of the Center for the Study of Mergers & Acquisitions at Penn State Law. For the live Q&A, Professor Thompson will be joined by Byron Egan of Jackson Walker L.L.P. following the Private Acquisition panel and by Richard Climan of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP following the Public Acquisition panel.

Penn State Law Review Symposium Print Issue

The Penn State Law Review is pleased to announce the 2011-12 symposium issue, The Deal Lawyer’s Guide to Public and Private Company Acquisitions. The print issue of the symposium will contain annotated transcripts from panels of leading M&A attorneys who will engage in mock negotiations intended to highlight complex issues and recent developments in M&A law.
