Category: Forum Blog

The Forum Blog publishes blog posts written by student bloggers from Penn State Law. This website contains blog posts dating back to 2008. Although some earlier blog posts contain content from non-Penn State Law students, the Forum Blog is now dedicated exclusively to publishing content written by Penn State Law student bloggers. Student bloggers are generally selected in the Fall semester following an application process. Students are notified via email of the opening of the application process.

All available Forum Blog posts are archived here, starting with the most recent post immediately below. To locate specific posts, please use the search feature at the bottom of the page or browse the Index of Forum Blog Posts (https://www.pennstatelawreview.org/index-of-forum-blog-posts/).
