T.S. Ellis, III
T.S. Ellis, III is a Senior Judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Judge Ellis is a former member of the Judicial Conference Standing Committee on the Rules of Practice and Procedure and the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Appellate Procedure. Additionally, he has written and given speeches on an array of topics, including judicial transparency, and patent economics. He has degrees from Princeton University, Harvard Law School and Oxford.
