Judge Cohn Jubelirer of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, one of Pennsylvania’s two state appellate courts, will address members of the Penn State Law Review on Monday, October 24, 2011. Her presentation will be titled “Practical Writing for Lawyers” and will be based on her experiences as a judge, practitioner, professor, Deputy Solicitor in Lehigh County, corporate counsel, and Chair of the Pennsylvania Appellate Procedural Rules Committee, among others.
