Our Open Access Policy allows authors to reach a worldwide audience and increases the volume of legal scholarship freely available. Anyone using an internet search engine can access and download Penn State Law Review content at no cost. Additionally, authors publishing with Penn State Law Review are permitted to post drafts of their forthcoming articles to SSRN, Bepress, or other locations on the web.
